Can wine be used in Mac OS X (UNIX) with X11 installed?

If you  want to run  windows programs on mac os x,no,  wine needs an intel
processor for that.You can recompile windows                                 
programs on mac os using winelib, if you have the source of that app.
An alternative  may be bochs
