Wine 20030813 under Severn (Redhat 10b1)?

Anyone running wine on severn (Redhat 10b1)?  I have solitaire running
fine but am having problems getting WarCraft III, which was working
under RH9, to start up under Severn.

I have the standard RH kernel (2.4.21-20.1.2024.2.1.nptlsmp) and
wine-20030813-1rh9winehq.athlon.rpm installed.  When I run:

wine -- war3.exe -opengl

I get:

(storm.dll is from warcraft).

Any pointers or advice as to whether this configuration is/will be
