internet explorer and webpack xilinx

Well, I think it's obvious why he needs that browser...

He's using a linux install from 1996!!!  Konqueror wasn't even out yet, 
was it?

Yes, please do upgrade to a newer version, you'll be much happier with 
the improvements that have taken place during that time...
