I cannot get a good compile using Debian 3.0 release 1 and Wine release
1/15/2003.

I need some help. I have installed all dependences nessary for a proper
configure, make depend, and make but get this:

[wineconsole.exe.spec.o] Error 1

then I get this lovely error next:

[wineconsole] Error 2

before all this it says something about:
/tmp/cc01etnX.s:2028: Error: operand out of range (131089 not between -32768

Hello I still have not been able to figure this out on my own so I am back again
to repost my question.
