installing Kazaa Lite 2.1.0 (K++ edition) Build 3 on Wine Version: 20030508

I followed the docs from
http://www.frankscorner.org/kazaa_lite_2_1_0_build3.html but, it
doesn't work, installation is no problem, but when I execute the
kpp.exe i get the following error:

LoadLibrary() failed

I guess that I made a mistake with the dlls. How can I check if these
dlls are installed ( commctrl, comctl32, shdocvw, shlwapi)? And where
can I get these dlls and how do I have to install them.
