missing winedefault.reg and problems with locale "de_DE@euro"

Where did you download wine ?
Which version ?
If this is a binary package (although it should be sources since this
is Gentoo),
please report to the packager.
If these are sources, it should in the source directory where you
unpacked it.

The latest version is at :
http://cvs.winehq.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/wine/winedefault.reg?rev=1.75&content-type=text/plain
