Newbie. I need help installing Office97

[Apollo (Carmel Entertainment)]

I am new to Wine. I have just installed it using RPM.
I get an error when I am launching Access97:
"Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license for it on this machine"
Other Office programs seem to run somewhat OK, they do fire out errors, but I do
not intend to use them anymore, I just want my Access97 to work.
Could anyone please help me or direct me to where to get help?
I know it is probably registry issue, since I had that error before in windows98
systems and I had to download and run a program that fixed that in registry.
Can anyone help me?
