Trying to run Office97 Setup in Native Wine

This looks as if you have the environment value WINEDLLPATH set to
/usr/lib/wine, but the debs have installed it somewhere else.
If you built wine from source without telling it where to install
itself, it goes in /usr/local/lib/wine, at least the dll's and drv's do.
