Cannot install DCOM98.exe

Hi. First of all:
Wine-20030115
Red Hat 9

I'm trying to install DCOM98, but when I execute:
wine dcom98.exe
wine dcom98.exe /c

Both of them only show
"Initializing... Please Wait..."
And then nothing happens for several minutes...

I've configured the wine to emulate win98, and
DLLOverrides has
oleaut32=native
ole32=native

If I don't set these, the winedebugger appears
crashing everything.

Any ideas of the problem, please? Thanks.
