photoshop 7 on redhat 9

Hello,
I'm runnin rh 9 and i when i run PS7.0 I get to the point in the splash
screen where it says "initializing..." after its loaded all the plugins
and stuff and it just hangs. I always see this line: 

fixme:wintab32:WTInfoA (0, 0, (nil)): stub 

i tried lookin high and low for a native version but didnt have any
luck. I got it set to run as win98 and already commented out all the
"640x480" lines. Can anyone help me? Photoshop is one of the ONLY
reasons i use windows (besides games) and I would LOVE to use it linux.
WOO! Yeah, so please help me?
