Yes. It is still not COO: not the install scripts and not the excellent
support. It is also not Wine: you will miss the latest additions and you
don't have any support from here either (I don't know COO wine as I know
Wine).

I would say, go for the latest Wine. If you need COO, support both them
and Wine by buying a copy.
