Hello Joachim,

I send this message to you hoping that you, as an expert regarding IE on
Wine can help me. After we get conclusions I will post them to the group.
I installed IE6 on wine and after much struggle I got to have IE
starting but then it freezes on the attempt to install on demand some
fonts.
The thing is that IE6, after installation, goes directly to msn.com and
then, I think using the origin IP, it switches you, without anything you
can do, to msn site on your own country, in my case, Israel. Then on the
local msn site IE6 needs fonts to show the local content and then, when
the font download popup is displayed, IE6 hangs.

After many attempts, I could stop the access to the msn site and tried
the f#@&!^& sites I have to use and that work only on IE. Can you
please check if those sites work for you?

   1. My bank site:
      http://www.discountbank.net/cgi-bin/inetcgi/discount/front/eng_pre_login.jsp
and in it hit the "enter your account" image which runs
JavaScript. (If you do that in Mozilla it will show you a page in
Hebrew but all it says is that you must use IE to use their site).
   2. A domestic airliner: http://www.arkia.co.il/
