AoE not recon DDraw, Word hangs

This isn't a documented function, a google search only finds 2 links. This is a
bad sign, it probably means that this won't work until someone decides to
reverse engineer the dll. In the mean time, if you have a windows license, try
using a native copy of dpnhpast.dll.
