[Wine]MS Office 2000 needs admin rights

Hi Ed,

I never encountered an error like this, but I guess that you setup wine to 
emulate WinXP oder Win2K. I suggest setting the winversion to win98 could 
solve this problem (win98 has no user access mangement I think).
