[Wine]warn:dosfs:DOSFS_FindUnixName (Xilinx)

I've recently installed WINE on my Debian system (Kernel 2.4.18) so that I
can run some Xilinx software. However, when I run the software (xst to be
precise) WINE ends with this error message:

warn:msvcrt:MSVCRT_sscanf 1 ("%d"): semi-stub
warn:dosfs:DOSFS_FindUnixName L"asyl282.ren" not found in
warn:file:CreateFileW Unable to get full filename from L".\\asyl282.ren"
(GLE 2)
warn:msvcrt:MSVCRT__sopen :failed-last error (2)
warn:dosfs:DOSFS_FindUnixName L"xil37b.tmp" not found in
warn:dosfs:DOSFS_FindUnixName L"xil37c.tmp" not found in
Wine failed with return code 1

The version of WINE I'm using is 20040121 (Debian Backport).

Does anyone know what the cause of this error is (and how do I fix it)? The
Temp directory has read and write access for everyone and it's not an NTFS
partition (it's part of my Linux partition). I have Windows XP Pro on my
PC, but I have told Wine to create a fake Windows directory. I have 2
installations of WinXP, one of them is NTFS and the other is FAT32. The
NTFS installation is not visible to my Linux system, but the FAT32
installation is. WINE see's the FAT32 installation as a seperate disk
drive. Could that be a clue to the problem I'm having?

I've attached my WINE config file to the end of this email. If anyone needs
more info, just say.

Thanks for any help,
