[Wine]Microsoft .NET Framework Redistributable Package

I have attempted just such on 2 separate occasions. The first hurdle I was unable to leap was the required installation of Internet Explorer 5.x or higher. Several errors prevented installation. As of yet I have not located any information on rectifying this

What I do not understand is why the WINE community is not investigating this at large. This is an opportunity to alter the software landscape forever! Opening LINUX up to Visual Studio .NET Developers!

Thanks for you time and reading my little rant.
