Yes, WineTools wants to be installed in /usr/local. With the above hint
you can change this. You also have to change the DIALOG variable in
findwine to find the Xdialog utility.

Also note that with this first version all automated software downloads
are for german versions if applicable. The way software is selectable
will change in one of the next versions so that this can be avoided.
