After spending a nother afternoon i found the solution, i set 
"DXGrab" = "Y", "UseDGA" = "N" 
and i have a keyboard, the speed is sometimes a bit slow, i have a kernel 2.4.20 and going to try 2.4.22, still no sound but i need alsa-driver 1.0.0 i believe
