wine-dll-twain

How do I get wine-dll-twain to work?
I have done "rpm -i wine-dll-twain-20031212-0.1.i386.rpm" and got
no errors. It seems to have created two copies of a file called twain_32.dll.so,
one in /usr/lib/wine and one in /usr/lib/wine/wine. However I can't see that it's loaded
any documentation, and programs still fail to find TWAIN.DLL.
