fake_windows after running winesetuptk

One step nearer  (I hope)
I ran winesetuptk and it made a fake_windows directory in my .wine
directory.
Am I supposed to replace my windows directory in the c directory with
the fake_windows one?
Changing the name to windows on the way ?
My machine is dual boot but windows is XP on an NFTS partition so it's
no windows as far a wine is concerned.
