[Wine]CLSID not registered

Sorry, I was pretty tired when I posted this. These keys do exist on my windows
box, but not in wine. I've added the keys and I get past this point. It still
does bother me that regsvr32.exe does not work. But I guess I don't need it,
then why bother.
