Missing scroll bar

Hi,

I am missing the scroll bars in the bmed application 
(https://hubrichn.dyndns.org/bmed.tar.gz) If you click on "Vertrieb > 
Auftag erfassen" and then on the "finde"-button there should be scroll 
bars, but they are not appearing. What can I do to locate the 
failure??? Can someone help me??
