MSVCRT.dll._longjumpex not found

I tried running applications from the IFS suite (www.ifsworld.com) and they
all load a DLL which when loaded hits this missing API.  Does anyone know
what it is supposed to do so that it could be added to Wine?

In order to get this working I am also going to need to install the Oracle
ODBC driver, which needs to run javaw in its install.  Java did not used to
work due to threading problems, does anyone know if this now works?
