Run the installer from a different directory. For example, do cd / wine /mnt/cdrom/setup.exe then you can change the cds during setup. If you're using supermount, you don't need to do anything, just swap cds. If you're using manual mount/umount, you can umont the cd drive and then mount the second disk. Ivan.
