Thanks for the hint but it didn't help much.
I already set "oleaut32" = "native,builtin" when I installed DCOM98 (see 
previous postings) and with this package came the oleaut32.dll as well 
(I think).
Despite of that I tried it with no success.

Any other ideas ?
