Whoops, I forgot to mention that the tools/wineinstall does the same thing. I've also tried with a brand new release of Wine: same result. I tried removing /lib64 /usr/lib64 /usr/local/lib64 etc from ld.so.conf, running ldconfig and compiling; same result. -- ~Matt~
