[Wine]Quartus II Web Edition won't install

I didn't know where to post this, I hope this is not totally the wrong 
place. The Quartus II Web Edition (version 5.0) program for verilog 
synthesis won't install (it can be downloaded from 
https://www.altera.com/support/software/download/altera_design/quartus_we/dnl-quartus_we.jsp 
). As now seems to be the phase for getting everything to install i hope 
this report can be of some help. Below is the error I get from trying to 
install it. The progress bar starts but then it hangs and nothing gets 
installed. It seems to use installshield or whatever, I'm not sure how 
helpful this information is.
