[Wine]Newtek - Lightwave3D

 Hi, 
Im trying to run a program called Lightwave 3D (version 8), it appears in the WineHQ database with no reported issues. I have tried running the program on two versions of Wine, along with the trial version of Crossover Office, and both have the same issues.

The program loads (displays the programs interface etc), then before displaying the OpenGL view port it closes back to desktop. 

Currently im running the latest version of Ubuntu Linux with an ATI 9800 card; I have tried two versions of the ATI drivers which appears to make no differense.

Any help would be much appreciated, as im trying to move my office system from Windows to Linux.
