[Wine]wine 20050725 config

I need help configuring wine 20050725, I've notices that setting 
dlloverides either in the reg, or in the config file isn't having any 
effect; they do work if I specify them on the command line however.

I'm not so much concerned with the overrides, as making sure that wine 
isn't ignoring any config setting I make. Has anyone else had a problem 
with 20050725 ignoring the reg/winecfg settings, and config file?
