[Wine]Problems with installation of ElsterFormular2004/2005

Hello,

my problem is, I can not install ElsterFormular2004/2005 on a Linux-machine 
with SuSE 9.2 prof.
Until now I have installed follow programs:
    * Wine 20041201 
    * mfc40.dll
    * setupx.dll
    * dcom98.exe
    * IE6
    * arial32-1.exe
    * arialb32-1.exe
    * courie32-1.exe
    * times32-1.exe
    * MDAC_TYP.EXE
    * Jet40SP8_9xNT.exe
For the installation and configuration of Wine I used the "Sidenet Wine 
configuration utility (Version 1.8.1)" from http://sidenet.ddo.jp/winetips/. 
Now, if I want to install ElsterFormular2004.exe with:

wine "E:\Programme\ElsterFormular2004\ElsterFormular2004.exe"

I get the window of the installation self and an error-message about the
error-code: -5006 : 0x80070002

Now my question at the mailing list. Is there someone who can help me to solve 
my problem? In other forums for Linux can read it is possible to make run 
ElsterFormular2004/2005 under wine with success.
And I can not see my mistake why ElsterFormular2004/2005 is not possible to be 
installed.
