The problem with the css attributes is probably that IE itself can't
handle them correctly because of its developers refusal to comply with
international standards that are made availbale free of charge.
I presume you're talking about css2 features here because css1 is widely
implemented even in IE, as for the css2 stuff:
If the program the php editor was initially designed to work with (IE)
can't understand certain features, than why would a layer emulating its
behavoir do so, even if the underlying program (built-in mozilla engine)?
The engine built-in probably only implements functions understood by the
program to be emulated.
