[Wine]everything's in another language!

All my wine apps are for some reason using a language or font that I
can't understand!  I thought at first it was just the application, but
then I tried other windows applications, and even wine's regedit, and
they all use this font / language.

I can't see any language option in the wine config file, nor does google
provide any help.  I even moved my .wine directory, just in case, but
the language still looks the same.

Any help would be appreciated on changing this back to english,
