Well, not really. That really shouldn't be a 1.0 candidate :) 

There are two aspects to cloning IE:

- Giving the app something that draws HTML when it asks for it

- Actually reverse engineering and cloning Trident, the IE rendering
  engine such that it supports all the IE features and quirks, for
  maximum compatibility.

The first we will hopefully have for 1.0, the second will take years (if
we even want to do it at all).
