[Wine]Support for japanese characters in IE

Hi,

I'd like 100% support of japanese characters in internet explorer. I do
development for japanese websites on linux.

I'm using ubuntu, I've installed wine from winehq apt repository, and I
installed IE using winetools.

If there is some programming to wine itself that has to be done to
accomplish this, I might be willing to undertake that, because I really
need proper japanese support.

Is there anything else I need to do to enable japanese support in IE?
