The only native DLLs configured were the ones I mentioned.
(Shell32 was not one of them.)

I can't see how Wine should've seen it, unless it dug into my Windows
partition and found it.  Which I haven't set it up to do..

It's a Windows Explorer extension (TortoiseSVN).
