[Wine]can't load DLL error message

Before I click on "OK" to acknowledge that DLL32.DLL can't be loaded, I
checked the c:\windows\system directory in my .wine folder.  The file is
there DLL32.dll or .DLL.  I've also copied the file there from my
windows partition but the problem still persists.
