Remove existing package with YaST. I downloaded the latest source on 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6241&package_id=77449
Unpack it and run
tools/wineinstall
and you're done.
Also you can download the latest rpm on http://www.winehq.org/site/download
