[Wine]Pad2Pad fixme:ole messages

I'm trying to install some PCB software, Pad2Pad, which is available
for download here [1]. The installation fails with "The InstallShield
Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. (0x80040155)", and the
following messages on the terminal:

$ wine "Pad2Pad 1.5.3 Setup.exe"

Is there anything I can do help this along? Is there a native DLL I can try?
