Can't offer you any solutions, but I have 20050830  running on an FC4 2.8GHz 
P4 box with a Radeon 9200Se. I am not running the SMP kernel, and I'm 
currently on 2.6.14-1.1637_FC4. Just tried IE to make sure, and it opened 
right up.
