[Wine] Halflife / Counterstrike (using Steam) does not work.

Hmm...

I'm not a Gentoo user, but since you're running Gentoo I'm going to
assume you compiled Wine yourself.  Are you sure it was built with all
the build dependencies (notably OpenGL libraries) included?
