Hi! I just installed wine 0.9.2 on my Linux system and tried installing
VLC 0.8.4 for Windows:
http://www.videolan.org/
The installer ran fine and VLC even started! I was able to open a WMV
file but when it started playing back, it crashed:

VLC isn't in the wine app database but I'm hoping I can get it to run.
Yes, there's a Linux native version but I don't want to spend the time
getting all of the supporting libraries installed. :)
Any ideas or am I simply out of luck? I'm using a wine 0.9.2 *only*
installation (no Windows installation is around at all).
Thanks!
Peace....
Tom
