It looks like the programs wants ti fiddle around with the core dll.
First try to copy these fitting dlls into wine's SYSTEM directory. The error
messages should at least change. If you need to dig deeper, log
WINEDEBUG=+relay into a file and try to find out what the program tries to
achieve.
