Thank You very much for the advice. Now the program finaly runs, but the
Text to Speech Engine still doesn't work.
When I start VoJ I get this:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
fixme:ole:OaBuildVersion Version value not known yet. Please investigate
it !
fixme:ole:CoRegisterMessageFilter message filter has been registered,
but will not be used
fixme:ole:OleLoadPictureEx

ALSA lib seq_hw.c:456:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: No
such file or directory

fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_SaveAsFile (0x1adc78)->(0x1c8b88, 0, (nil)),
hacked stub.
fixme:ole:OLEFontImpl_IPersistStreamInit_InitNew (0x1c8a5c), stub!

I think it must be related to the ALSA line that the Engine doesn't
work, but I don't know how to solve this.

I also tried to get away the ole fixmes but when I did the same what I
did with the richedit fixmes (I copied ole32.dll and some others related
to this one in the wine directory and regged them) the program didnt
work again so I deleted the ole dlls.
