That's a new problem.  Can you report it at http://bugs.winehq.org ?
Please specify which version of Lotus Notes, and the
simplest way to reproduce the problem (for someone who
isn't a Notes expert).

This problem has been reported before, I think; see

I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions on how to work around
these two problems.  They could probably be solved for $3-5K or so each
if someone wanted to hire Codeweavers to fix them.

My guess is, it would take about $50-$75K to fix all the known bugs in Wine
that affect Notes.  (Sufficiently motivated and talented volunteers
might be able
to fix them, too.  It's partly thanks to those folks that Notes
installs properly
those days, but it's hard for them to fix everything.)
