[Wine] Could not load 'SOUND.DLL' required by 'sierrawh', error=2

Yeah - I actually got those instructions from Ulisses in an reply to my
post here as well.  Unfortunately, it has no impact - I still get
error=21.  Should I stick that in a reply in the bug comments?
