You could always
# losetup /dev/loop4 /users/marcelo/my_iso.iso
# mount -t iso9660 /dev/loop4 /mnt/virtual_cd

or just point Wine to /dev/loop4 and have it show up as a CD-ROM drive
to Windows applications.
