[Wine] setup program doesn't find extracted dll

Hello to all,
 
i'm trying to install the german tax software "Tax at 2006".
using: wine 0.9.5 on ubuntu 5.10

I type "wine z:/setup.exe" (z = wine's dos-device cdrom).
the follonwing steps follows:
- Splash Screen "Buhl Data"
- Installshield preparing installation...
- Installshield starts, but brings a Popup:
- Message: "Failed to extract "Dll_.ini" from the binary table."
- Installation Assistent finished "Assistent interrupted..."
end...

this is the ouput on the console:

i found following file in drive_c/windows/temp:
DLL_{0EE1A336-3E82-4BBD-89FB-50C48EEEDAB6}.ini
i also found some files timed "now" under:
drive_c/windows/temp/{0EE1A336-3E82-4BBD-89FB-50C48EEEDAB6}

May this be a hint to a misconfiguration or a missed config?
