Not from transgaming.  They're off in their own world.

The sales of Codeweavers Crossover Office, on the
other hand, directly pays for Wine development.
Jeremy White, the CEO of Codeweavers, is a big
LGPL fan, and he's poured lots of effort into
the LGPL wine tree.

If you want to get mad at somebody, try SpecOps Labs
and their David ripoff of Wine, and TurboLinux for
including David in their distro.  (Anyone gotten a
copy of the David sources yet?)
