[Wine] could not load mozactivex as Win32 binary ?

It asked me install Mozila Active X when I run a installed program.
I clicked yes and it began to download it.
But it paused when all had been downloaded and gave the following
error message: 

wine: could not load L"C:\\windows\\temp\\mozactivex" as Win32 binary

$ ls ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/temp
...
