[Wine] DCOM98 install regression in wine-0.9.6!

I've made a fresh install of wine-0.9.6 then i tried to install DCOM98, by 
putting in winecfg as win98.

This is the error that gives me

err:module:load_builtin_dll loaded .so for L"setupx.dll" but got 
L"setupapi.dll" instead - probably 16-bit dll
err:rundll32:main Unable to load L"setupx.dll"

It first says that already exist a newer version of DCOM95 or DCOM98 
installed. Then gives me that error!

Is DCOM98 install still needed to run installshield or isn't that required 
anymore?
